Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks an experienced Client Onboarding professional to drive complex onboarding journeys within transaction banking. You will coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth go-lives, documentation, and due diligence across US, UK, and Europe, while leading by example and training junior colleagues.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, risk considerations, and governance, delivering robust, compliant client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, 1+ years in a client-facing role.
• KYC/CIP due diligence expertise across US, UK, and European policy.
• Familiarity with policy nuances for transaction banking clients is an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to create organization and structure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to forge deep relationships with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a differentiated client onboarding experience across due diligence stages, including documentation, contract negotiation, and go-live setup.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to serve diverse clients across jurisdictions.
• Work with QA and control teams to ensure policy application and change management.
• Identify efficiencies in onboarding processes to shorten go-live timelines.
• Troubleshoot client or delivery issues with cross-team problem solving and collaboration.
• Maintain risk-aware, robust controls to protect client value and compliance.
