Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a seasoned Client Onboarding professional within Transaction Banking Operations in London. You will manage onboarding from RFP through go-live, coordinating with Legal, Risk and Compliance to handle complex clients, and train junior team members.

You will drive risk-aware onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-go-live to business-as-usual operations while upholding global policy standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years professional experience; 1+ year client-facing.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and policy across US, UK, EU.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience building and training teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and due diligence for clients across TxB products and services.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance to accommodate complex clients and multi-jurisdiction needs.
• Coordinate with QA and control teams to ensure policy adherence and change management.
• Streamline onboarding steps to reduce go-live timelines and unblock blockers.
• Provide leadership and training to junior team members and serve as a go-to for the leadership team.
