Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and in-person training to all customers
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback reporting
• Create engaging training materials
• Onboard new customers, ensuring they receive the best possible start
• Create all external and internal training material
• Work with the training lead to increase attendance
• Maintain accurate training records for all customers
• Monitor the training inbox
• Ensure all training tasks are completed to the required standard
