Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is helping a hardware/software solutions provider near Leeds recruit a Training Specialist / Onboarding Specialist. The role focuses on delivering remote webinar training and on-site sessions, onboarding new customers, and developing training materials to drive engagement.

You'll join a growing team, receive structured one-to-one coaching, and work Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm with driving to customer sites required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training (remote and/or in-person) from a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits.

Are you a Training Specialist, Onboarding Specialist or Customer Training Advisor from a Hardware & Software background, looking for a role where you'll be properly supported, given structured 1-2-1s and real career conversations, and have the tools and time to deliver training you can be proud of?

This is a permanent position with a well-established business, where you'll receive plenty of internal product training and join a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and customer experience.

This company manufacture, supply, install and commission a range of technical solutions into commercial facilities such as schools, shops, and hospitals. They have been established for over 15 years and grown to have a strong workforce of over 100 staff.

In this role you will deliver remote webinar-based training and also attend customer sites for face-to-face sessions. You will create and maintain training materials, track attendance and training records, and work closely with the Training Lead to improve engagement and training effectiveness. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm and a full driving licence is required for site visits.

This role would suit someone with experience delivering training (remote and/or in-person) from a customer service environment, looking to develop their skills, be supported with regular 1-2-1s, and build long-term progression within a growing team.
