Job summary

Corpay, based in Jersey, is hiring a Customer Service Analyst to support European clients through onboarding, compliance and ongoing service. You will manage onboarding cases, liaise with Compliance, and maintain client records in Salesforce while delivering high-quality service across the client lifecycle.

You will report to the Head of Business Development and work with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth client experience and timely resolution of queries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing / customer service role.
• Experience in financial services, fund management, fintech, or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, compliance and general customer service queries.
• Manage and maintain accurate client information in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Compliance and internal teams to resolve client issues.
