Job summary

Tracey Moloney Family Law is seeking an Onboarding Co-ordinator to manage the client journey from initial enquiry to the first consultation. You will handle enquiries from the firm’s digital channels, explain services and promote consultations with the appropriate lawyer, and own the pre-consultation process to gather AML/KYC documents and secure payments.

Qualifications

Experience in a client-facing, sales, customer service or onboarding role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and engaging telephone manner.
Comfortable discussing fees and converting enquiries into appointments.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of new enquiries via website, social media, email, phone and other channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to prospective clients.
Understand clients' circumstances and likely legal needs; match services and lawyers.
Explain consultation fees and payment requirements clearly.
Secure bookings and ensure clients understand next steps.
Collect required AML/KYC documentation and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and support KPI targets.
Collaborate with lawyers and operations to streamline client journey.
