Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Hospitality Support at our beautiful Flagship Bond Street Location in Central London. We are looking for someone to support the sales team in catering to clients with light bites, refreshments, and champagne at the store. You will not be required to do food prep or cooking. Please note this is a part-time role of 14.5 hours per week with shifts on Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Catering Associate Purpose & Scope
To demonstrate a true passion and respect for the RL customer, product, and environment by acting as a brand ambassador, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to internal and external clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Take orders from sales and managerial staff for clients' hospitality needs.
2. Deliver champagne, canapés, or light bites as requested. No cooking or food prep required.
3. Set up catering facilities for corporate meetings.
4. Control food and beverage inventory, including ordering through vendors.
5. Maintain client and staff kitchen facilities.
6. Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation, and dress standards in line with RL expectations.
7. Ensure the health & safety of the client and staff kitchen area.
8. Respect and adhere to the company's Asset Protection policies at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

1. Some experience in a customer service industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience as a waiter or host during at least one strategic cycle.
4. Action-oriented and solution-driven to achieve results.
5. A desire to build relationships and promote teamwork.
