Job summary

DACB is seeking a motivated client development professional to support opportunities across client planning, relationship mapping and feedback programmes. You will assist proposals, capability statements and client commitments, while helping to deliver, grow and evaluate client listening initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development, client development or client listening role.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems and business development technologies (desirable).
• Experience creating reports, presentations and data-driven recommendations (desirable).
• Genuine interest in understanding clients and helping teams deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through planning, mapping, feedback programmes, gap analysis and client intelligence activities.
• Assist client teams with business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements and client plans.
• Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes.
• Translate client feedback into meaningful actions and improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for PMR programme and related processes.
• Maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.
