Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to drive the vision and strategy for a key product domain in London. You will work with product, growth, and leadership teams to translate signals into opportunities and define problems worth solving, guiding teams to measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers and founders to shape solutions, run experiments, and build scalable learning loops that improve product discovery and revenue impact across the company.

Qualifications

• Expert-level specialization in a product domain.
• Strong systems thinking across customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops.
• Ability to connect user behaviour to outcomes and revenue impact.
• Full-stack background around A/B experimentation and related practices.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience with interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy for a domain alongside product, growth, and leadership teams.
• Translate customer, product, and market signals into problem framing and product strategy.
• Partner with engineers and founders to shape solutions.
• Validate ideas and reduce risk through research, prototyping, experimentation, analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.
• Move product bets from ideation through shipping to measurable outcomes.
• Coach team members and introduce scalable product frameworks.
• Build repeatable learning loops and improve product discovery across the company.
