Ambition is seeking a Client Listening Manager to join its Client Development team. You will lead the client listening and feedback programme, conduct interviews with senior clients, and translate feedback into actionable recommendations that drive growth.

You will collaborate with partners and BD teams to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities, coaching stakeholders on listening techniques and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve client experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in Client Development, Account Management, Client Experience or Client Listening.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to turn complex feedback into meaningful commercial insight.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
• Experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting or consulting).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the firm's client listening and feedback programme.
• Conduct strategic interviews with clients, including General Counsel and senior stakeholders.
• Analyse client feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners and BD teams to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach stakeholders on client listening and relationship management techniques; drive improvement and explore AI/tech-enabled solutions.
