Job summary

Our client in Solent, Hampshire is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join its Benefits team, delivering client-focused administration across schemes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with advisers, providers and internal teams to manage day-to-day scheme operations, process cases, invoicing, MI reporting, and maintain accurate records.

Hybrid role with salary up to £35,000 and a supportive, collaborative environment offering development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of GPP, GIP, DIS, PMI and Auto-Enrolment.
• Experience with flexible benefits platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service to stakeholders.
• Process new and existing benefits business incl. group risk and auto-enrolment.
• Produce suitability reports and lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain schemes: contributions, renewals, joiners, leavers, updates.
• Support monthly invoicing and fee reconciliation.
• Assist with general office administration.
• Ensure records are accurate and compliant with regs.
• Produce and manage MI reporting.
• Use internal systems and resolve data issues.
• Build relationships with providers, advisers, and colleagues.
