Job summary

NJR Recruitment is supporting a national firm of Independent Financial Planners in Manchester to recruit an Administrator for Employee Benefits on a full-time, hybrid basis.

The role manages client benefit portfolios, supports consultants, processes new business and joiner/leaver activities, and maintains strong client relationships to meet service standards.

The benefits package includes a Share Incentive Plan, Workplace Pension, Life Assurance, Income Protection and Health Cash Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits or pensions knowledge.
• Strong client handling and organizational skills.
• Comfort with meeting deadlines and processing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Manage all aspects of client affairs promptly and efficiently.
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet service standards.
• Process new business applications.
• Manage joiner and leaver processes.
• Develop good working relations with internal and external contacts.
