Job summary

You’ll troubleshoot a range of technologies, assist with Microsoft Office and document management systems, and provide guidance to improve efficiency, security, and the overall user

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise effectively and work calmly under pressure.
• IT-related degree beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for a range of technologies, applications and devices.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office, document management systems and other business-critical applications.
• Deliver training, coaching and guidance to improve technology adoption and user proficiency.
• Respond to and escalated technical issues through the service management platform.
• Work closely with wider IT teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Promote technology best practices, security standards and firm policies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide a high level of customer service.
