Job summary

Unboxed Training & Technology is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital programs. You will collaborate with senior team members, project managers, SMEs, and clients to deliver high-quality learning materials and support the company’s learning SaaS platform andIntegrated Learning Ecosystem (ILE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, organizational development, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in instructional design, corporate learning, or training content development.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop learning materials for instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, and performance-support formats.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with multiple workstreams.
• Working knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience with learning-content authoring, presentation, visual design, video, collaboration tools; LMS/LXP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
• Create engaging content: instructor-led materials, facilitator guides, eLearning, videos, job aids, assessments.
• Apply adult-learning principles and digital-first design for blended experiences.
• Translate objectives and SME input into clear learning materials.
• Maintain templates and design standards for consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Support learning evaluation with assessments and surveys.
