Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a training specialist to lead the design and delivery of training content for Cognexo, a question-based learning tool. You will manage stakeholders, translate training needs into objectives, and roll out courses in line with the annual plan.

You will write questions, work with Cognexo vendors, analyse data, and support the instructional designer with online learning solutions, while delivering both online and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and delivering training in a professional environment.
• Experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• Ability to analyse processes and translate them into training solutions.
• Identify training needs and suitable solutions.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience.
• Strong written and oral English skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks for the team.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage staff at all levels and adapt to change.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook; MS Word and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and BAU for Cognexo administration and enhancement.
• Manage stakeholders for design and implementation of question banks aligned to training plans.
• Use Training Needs Analysis to determine learning objectives.
• Maintain annual training plan and rollout of courses and questions.
• Write effective questions for Cognexo and maintain them.
• Collaborate with Cognexo vendor for smooth tool administration.
• Analyse Cognexo data and suggest actions.
• Support Instructional Designer with online learning solutions using in-house tools.
• Deliver ad hoc online and face-to-face training sessions.
