Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Facilities Management Contracts Manager to lead FM projects in a client-facing capacity, coordinating in-house engineers and specialist subcontractors from enquiry to delivery. The role is based in Manchester with travel as required and focuses on mechanical, HVAC and broader FM works.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical or HVAC.
• Proven experience managing contracts, projects from start to finish.
• Experience carrying out site surveys and producing quotations.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Develop practical and commercially viable solutions for clients.
• Prepare estimates, quotations and project proposals.
• Present proposals and recommendations to clients.
• Follow up quotations and secure orders.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and in-house engineering teams.
• Oversee delivery of mechanical, HVAC and FM-related works.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and maintain regular client communication.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Liaise with internal departments and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and account growth.
• Ensure all contractual, commercial and quality requirements are met.
