Job summary

ClearRoute is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Lead to own the product discovery workstream and liaise with client users and domain experts. You will design and facilitate as-is data gathering activities, shape findings, and translate discovery into validated personas and journeys for the pod to build against.

You will partner with the Technical Lead, manage client relationships, and drive prototyping and iteration while coaching teams in agentic discovery methods.

Qualifications

• Extensive product discovery or PM experience leading discovery on complex engagements.
• Strong workshop design and facilitation for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize large qualitative material into clear findings.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis and LLM workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience defining personas and journey maps for solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate discovery activities with client teams.
• Define structure for discovery findings and questions.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to specify project content and file structure.
• Synthesize inputs into validated personas and user journeys.
• Manage client relationships and expectations during discovery and prototyping.
• Lead prototype testing sessions and drive iteration.
• Coach clients in agentic discovery methods.
• Contribute to proposals and pre-sales conversations.
