Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood is offering a Client Experience placement year, starting July 2027. You will support private office sales initiatives, coordinate client events, and provide operational support to regional teams.

You will manage client data in Salesforce, help with visits and sessions, and liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers while complying with GDPR and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be returning to studies for minimum 6 months after placement.
• Experience coordinating client engagement or events is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client engagement activities and enhance customer experience.
• Plan and execute client and prospect events with stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to Private Office teams daily.
• Manage client data in Salesforce for campaigns and reporting.
• Coordinate client visits and sessions, including logistics.
• Build relationships with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers while following GDPR and processes.
• Assist with Rooms in the Commissioning suite for client spaces.
• Lend support to Rolls-Royce Luminary programme team members.
• Support Operations Manager with room bookings and movements.
