Blue Gem is seeking a Client Experience Assistant to become the heartbeat of a flagship Central London centre. You’ll deliver a warm welcome to clients and guests, know the building inside out, and ensure every space feels looked after from day one.

Focus on exceptional service with a proactive mindset; the role offers a clear roadmap to Assistant Centre Manager and opportunities to grow within a premium hospitality-led environment.

Qualifications

• Personality and character cannot be taught; warmth and care are essential.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and dependable in daily tasks, walkrounds and events.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the building and deliver a warm, polished welcome to every client and guest.
• Know your clients and building; act as local-area expert and host.
• Keep standards immaculate with daily walkrounds.
• Make move-ins effortless by setting up offices, IT and access.
• Curate and host memorable client events to foster community.
• Learn admin and back-office tasks: billing support, reporting, facilities coordination.
• Shadow all aspects of running a building to be ready for what's next.
• Stay proactive: anticipate needs and fix issues before asked.
