Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the centre alongside the Centre Manager.
• Daily walkrounds and maintaining premium standards.
• Build real relationships with a close set of clients.
• Help lead and motivate a team of up to five.
• Coordinate with landlord and building management on facilities.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of Blue Gem to everyone who walks through the door.
