Job summary

Blue Gem Holdings Ltd in Central London seeks a Centre Manager Operations Manager who will own the centre day to day, uphold hotel standards and lead a team with energy and care. This is a people-led role that rewards character and long-term development.

You’ll manage the centre’s revenue, budget and P&L, drive events and client satisfaction, and work toward potential future leadership roles such as Operations Director within a structured growth programme.

Responsibilities

• Run the centre day to day to hotel standards; manage standards, clients and team.
• Lead and develop the team with 1-2-1s, performance management and development plans.
• Own the building with 5* hotel standards, its commercial life and reputation.
• Hold site revenue and budget, own and review the full site P&L.
• Own the centre’s SMART targets: events, retention, licence-fee and team standards.
