Job summary

Maven Partners International is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the United Kingdom to serve as a key liaison between Relationship Managers, the Bank and a portfolio of clients. The role combines client support, day-to-day account management and transaction coordination with a strong emphasis on personalised service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-office client support role, ideally within banking, trust or financial services.
• Good understanding of banking, custody, foreign exchange and credit.
• Strong track record of supporting client relationships and working closely with Relationship Managers.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating activity across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with Relationship Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Coordinate client instructions and manage end-to-end processing of deposits, payments, FX, securities transactions and corporate actions.
• Maintain proactive and personalised client communication, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Prepare account opening documentation and support onboarding, resolving missing information.
• Ensure client accounts meet required standards and support ongoing monitoring and reviews.
• Assist Relationship Manager in identifying client needs and positioning the Bank's services.
• Assist with client relationship-building and entertainment activities.
• Maintain understanding of legislation, regulation and internal policies in day-to-day activities.
