Job summary

Maven Partners is seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to provide strategic and hands‑on leadership across its client services function. This senior role will oversee a team of five Client Directors and manage a select portfolio of clients, ensuring consistently high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience within client services, preferably at director level or above.
• Strong track record of leading teams through change and growth.
• Experience managing private client, family office and corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the Client Services function, overseeing a team of five Client Directors.
• Manage a select portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships and high service standards.
• Set objectives for the team, with mentoring, coaching and performance management.
• Lead organisational change, supporting engagement and continuous improvement.
• Escalate complex client matters with sound judgement and practical solutions.
• Ensure effective oversight of private client, family office and corporate structures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic priorities and wider business objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives for enhanced client service and operations.
• Support growth and development of the organisation, building scalable client service processes.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a senior representative.
