Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Relationship Managers, the Bank, and a portfolio of clients. You will coordinate client instructions and manage deposits, payments, FX, securities, and corporate actions with a focus on personalised service.

You will collaborate with the onboarding team to resolve issues, ensure standards are met, and support periodic reviews while staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Background in a front office client support role.
• Experience in banking or trust services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client instructions.
• Oversee deposits, payments, FX, securities, and corporate actions end-to-end.
• Deliver personalised service through proactive client engagement.
• Prepare account opening documentation.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and onboarding team.
• Ensure client accounts meet minimum standards and monitor transactional activity.
• Assist in client periodic reviews.
• Support promotion of the bank's full services.
• Stay current with laws, regulations and internal policies.
