Job summary

Maven Partners is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join a busy and expanding client services team in Jersey. The role requires strong local experience across private client and family office structures, with confidence in fiduciary decisions and complex client requirements, supporting a senior Director in delivery of responsibilities.

The role involves managing a portfolio of private client structures, acting as a signatory where appropriate, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level within a trust, fiduciary, private wealth or family office environment.
• Strong local Jersey experience across private client and family office structures is highly desirable.
• Experience acting as a signatory and making fiduciary decisions within delegated authority would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private client and family office structures, ensuring high standards of service and administration.
• Support the Client Services Director in delivering their portfolio and broader client responsibilities.
• Attend, chair and minute client and fiduciary meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are recorded and followed through.
• Provide oversight of trusts, companies and other private client structures within regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee a high volume of transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Review and approve transactions and documentation within delegated authority.
