Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Associate Client Executive – Regional Law in London to protect and grow revenue across a portfolio of small to medium law firms. You will act as a trusted advisor, prioritising risk, driving customer success, and identifying opportunities to expand value through upsell and cross-sell of Thomson Reuters’ AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B environment.
• Strong organisational skills managing a large, diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Curious, consultative mindset with interest in AI transforming legal workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement across law firms.
• Data-driven approach using risk and usage data to prioritise activity.
• Track record of achieving retention, upsell and KPI targets.
• Collaborates with New Business, Customer Success, Product and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and risk prioritisation across a large book of law firm customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and align Thomson Reuters solutions to customer goals.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and embed them into client workflows.
• Partner with Sales Executive for seamless onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support reporting and forecasting.
• Meet or exceed activity KPIs and manage a high-volume book of business.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
