Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Client Liaison Adviser in Taunton. You will generate new leads, coordinate and streamline Sales lead processes and opportunities across Community Broking, acting as the first contact for prospective clients and supporting Account Executives with appointments.

The role demands strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, client-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and networking skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proactive and tenacious, able to develop opportunities in a changing environment.
• Strong organisational ability, with the capacity to coordinate multiple diaries and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients as the first contact point to generate renewal dates and leads.
• Arrange and book new business appointments for Account Executives.
• Proactively follow up leads and enquiries with a structured strategy via telephony and email.
• Work with branches to integrate sales plans in existing and new markets.
• Produce management information and reports for business development meetings.
