Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Client Liaison Adviser for our Taunton office to drive annual lead generation targets through outbound calls and diary management in support of our Membership Plans strategy.

You will deliver professional client service, manage leads from multiple sources, and maintain CRM records while working within a collaborative, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with client focus and strong phone manner.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a busy environment.
• Experience handling leads from various sources and converting them into opportunities.
• Accurate diary management and record-keeping in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets and KPIs and maximise opportunities.
• Proactively manage and convert leads from website enquiries and campaigns.
• Deliver excellent client service with professional advice and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance while supporting colleagues.

About the role

Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Client Liaison Adviser to join our Membership Plans team in their Taunton office.

As a Client Liaison Adviser you will be responsible for delivering annual lead generation targets through effective outbound calling techniques and diary management in support of the business strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Achieve individual targets and KPIs while maximising business opportunities and client engagement.
• Proactively manage and convert leads from website enquiries, advertising campaigns, and other sources.
• Deliver exceptional client service by providing professional support, advice, and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, improving lead quality and conversion rates through targeted activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while representing the business professionally and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

What you'll need to have

• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience over the phone and in person.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining a client-focused approach.
• IT literate and able to work accurately within a regulated, compliant, and professional environment while demonstrating our values of being Fun, Supportive, Professional, Ambitious, and working in Partnership.
