• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets and KPIs while maximising opportunities and client engagement.
• Proactively manage and convert leads from website inquiries, advertising campaigns, and other sources.
• Deliver exceptional client service with professional support, advice and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
