• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets and KPIs while maximising opportunities and client engagement.
• Proactively manage and convert leads from website enquiries, advertising campaigns, and other sources.
• Deliver exceptional client service with professional support, advice, and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, improving lead quality and conversion through targeted activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while representing the business professionally.
