Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, are seeking a Sales Adviser to join our Affinity General Insurance team in Taunton. You will support clients throughout their insurance journey, build strong relationships, and identify sales opportunities while contributing to income targets and revenue growth.

Based in our Taunton office, you’ll work 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and compliant advice to a diverse client base including dental

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience.
• Tenacious and motivated towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an excellent client experience.
• Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment.
• Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive and maximise all business opportunities by making clients aware of alternative products and advising on gaps in cover.
• Provide professional support and advice to clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Attend external events, such as conferences and client visits.
• Generate leads by contacting existing and previous clients and prospects.
• Ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
