The role focuses on client service, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and ongoing development of technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to work towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
• Ability to provide professional advice while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and advice to clients to maximise satisfaction.
• Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments in a timely manner.
• Ensure policy administration is completed accurately and on time.
