Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking is seeking Account Executives to join the South West team across Taunton, Exeter, Tiverton and Gloucester. You’ll lead client relationships, meet sales and renewal targets, and unlock new business opportunities with expert advice, supporting the wider growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market and a new business focus.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of profitable growth.
• Cert CII qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth: achieve individual and team targets through prospecting and client engagement.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships via meetings and tailored advice.
• Operational Excellence: manage leads, meetings and income generation with effective planning.
• Collaborative Representation: partner with colleagues to maximise opportunities at external events.
