Job summary

International Logistics Group in East Grinstead is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to be the primary contact for client inquiries and daily support. You will build trusted relationships with clients, keeping them informed and delivering high-quality service.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers and internal departments, monitor performance and contribute to service improvements while adapting to a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client services, account coordination, logistics or another customer-facing role would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day support
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and becoming their go-to contact
• Resolving operational issues and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout
• Working closely with warehouse teams, carriers and internal departments to deliver excellent service
• Supporting customer calls, meetings and service reviews
• Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
