Your role is to lead ServiceNow initiatives by working with one of our largest customers, ensuring value delivery to the client and supporting ServiceNow's growth.

What you will do:
  1. Provide strategic leadership and partnership: Serve as the relationship manager between your customers and ServiceNow.
  2. Collaborate with teams: Develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer outcomes, leading large virtual teams.
  3. Build relationships: Establish trust across multiple organizational levels, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
  4. Develop roadmaps: Create strategies and build capabilities to enhance customer experience.
  5. Achieve financial targets: Meet goals related to licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Qualifications:
  1. Deep understanding of customer challenges and opportunities, with experience in executing ambitious projects that deliver significant value.
  2. Experience in bringing new technology to market, especially AI and Agentic AI, and understanding their impact on work and customer experience.
  3. Over 10 years in client management, aligning strategies with revenue opportunities.
  4. More than 5 years as a Client Director or similar role, focusing on transformational sales and executive relationships.
  5. Sales experience in areas such as Finance, HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, ITSM, Security Operations, or IT Operations Management.
  6. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  7. Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
