THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR ROLE
As Account Director, you’ll lead strategic sales efforts within the UK national security sector. You will manage and grow a territory of public sector clients, own the full sales cycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers, shape account strategy, and lead high-value, consultative sales engagements.
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
8+ years in SaaS sales with significant experience UKIC
Strong understanding of public sector procurement and decision-making processes
Exceptional consultative sales, stakeholder mapping, and storytelling skills
Comfortable closing complex six and seven-figure deals
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and excellent communicator
