Job description

IBM Power - System p – Client Account Director

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking a confident and enthusiastic IBM Power – System p Client Account Director with experience in selling IBM Power and Storage solutions.

This role offers flexible location options, including Work From Home / Remote.

Salary: £90,000 + Car allowance + commission + benefits, total package £150,000-£180,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Execute cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience selling IBM Storage (e.g., V7000, Storwize)
  • Experience with System-i, iSeries, AS400, RS6000
  • Knowledge of IBM Power solutions (pSeries, System p)
  • Experience with IBM Mainframe Services
  • Proven track record in IT solutions sales, especially within an IBM Partner environment
