What will you be doing?
As a Director in Retail Client Insights, you will support premier retailers in EMEA with our Liquid Data Engage solution, driving adoption, training, and insights to foster customer-centric success.
Liquid Data Engage is a collaborative platform integrating retailer data with ours to deliver curated insights and actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support revenue growth through quality service and data.
- Innovate with new techniques and processes.
- Establish and monitor critical metrics for quality initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Lead projects, manage timelines, and gather feedback.
- Resolve issues related to deliverables and client accounts.
- Lead client training on Circana platforms and tools.
- Ensure high data quality and resolve data issues.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with key retail stakeholders.
- Communication & Multilingual Skills: Excellent communication skills; proficiency in languages like Spanish, French, German, or Italian is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, accountable, proactive in problem-solving, adaptable to change, and good at time management.
- Collaborative Approach: Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Educational & Technical Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.

Location
This role is based in the UK, with travel up to 20% and occasional out-of-time-zone meetings.
