Key Responsibilities:

2. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.

4. Define success metrics and report on ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
5. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
6. Stay updated on cultural trends, platform shifts, and emerging talent in the creator economy.
7. Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division.
