The agency offers services including advertising, influencer marketing, social and content development, talent management, and brand design. They focus on strategy-led creative, integrating traditional and digital storytelling to deliver culturally relevant campaigns and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow the influencer division and new business opportunities.
2. Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
3. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
4. Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
5. Define success metrics, and track ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
7. Stay updated on cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 6+ years of experience in client services and influencer marketing.
2. Strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial acumen.
