Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
2. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
3. Identify and establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
4. Define success metrics and oversee reporting, ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
5. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
6. Stay updated on cultural trends, platform shifts, and emerging talent.
7. Drive new business development and grow the influencer division.
