Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the influencer division and new business opportunities
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client objectives
• Lead and build a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics, and track ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
• Stay informed on cultural trends, platform updates, and shifts in the creator economy

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial awareness
