As Sedgwick continues to expand and evolve, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our growingClient Relationship Management (CRM)team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop key account relationships, supporting our mission to grow the extent of services we deliver to our client base while strengthening long-standing partnerships.
About the Role:
As aClient Relationship Director, you’ll represent some of our most valued and specialist insurer clients—acting as their advocate within Sedgwick. You’ll ensure we deliver on our commitments and lead strategic conversations that unlock mutual value. With a strong understanding of claims services acrossProperty, Liability, and Motor, you’ll already be a respected figure in the insurer claims environment.
While your primary focus will be oncomposite insurers, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with a broader team that work acrossLloyd’s and London markets, MGAs and brokers, public sector, and corporate clients.
This is asenior, cross-functional rolewith national reach, requiring regular travel to client offices, Sedgwick regional hubs, and our London headquarters.
