We’re looking for a talented Client Development Director to help take our affiliate and performance marketing operations to the next level. If you’re a visionary leader with deep expertise in affiliate strategy, partnerships, negotiation, and data-driven growth, this is your chance to make a major contribution.
As Client Development Director, you will own and evolve the affiliate strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing partnerships with publishers, influencers, and technology solutions for a significant client portfolio. You will lead a team of associates and managers, foster strategic relationships, and ensure CJ solutions keep us at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.
As a senior member of the UK team, you will be expected to establish yourself as a knowledge source across the company amongst all team members. Additionally, at the Director level, you will be expected to represent CJ externally at industry events and public speaking opportunities.
