Job summary

As a frontline contact for clients of S&P Global Market Intelligence's data feeds and AI products, you will help clients maximize value from Xpressfeed, Snowflake, and our AI tools. You will learn data packages, apply financial knowledge, SQL, and technical skills to resolve questions quickly and accurately.

This high-visibility role links clients with our products, shaping client satisfaction and product evolution while collaborating with Support, Sales, and Product teams to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional-level fluency in French, German, or Italian, in addition to English
• Working knowledge of corporate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• SQL proficiency, including strong command of query syntax
• Basic Python knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative, team-first approach in a fast-changing environment
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with asset classes and Capital IQ or related products
• Interest in AI and retrieval-based tools

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries on data feeds, Snowflake delivery, and AI products (Deterministic Retrieval and Adaptive Retrieval).
• Investigate and resolve data and technical questions using SQL, Python, and knowledge of financial statements.
• Deliver timely, professional, high-quality support.
• Log and track client issues accurately in our CRM system.
• Document new solutions, known issues, and product updates to grow the team's knowledge base.
• Partner with internal teams to route client concerns, enhancement requests, and sales leads.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and keep up with new product releases and enhancements.
