Job summary

ICE seeks an analytical customer-facing specialist to support pricing and reference data clients in a global context. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with data and product teams to deliver timely solutions.

You'll work with Tier 1 banks and funds, handling market data questions, pricing valuations, and methodology discussions while building strong client relationships and ensuring high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Basic knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
• Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Critical thinking is expected.
• Ability to host calls and manage discussions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional work experience is valued.
• Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to ensure coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support international Tier 1 banks, mutual and pension funds, hedge funds and insurance companies.
• Research and respond to client queries via email and phone in a professional manner, keeping the client informed of actions.
• Support clients across reference data, pricing, analytics, and methodology questions.
• Analyze valuation disputes and discrepancies and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Use multiple tools and systems to conduct analysis.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting in day-to-day workflows.
• Interact daily with data and evaluation teams, product support, operations, IT, account managers and product managers.
• Identify trends to address with clients or internally to improve client experience and workflow.
• Communicate with colleagues to maximize efficiencies.
• Track client questions and issues.
