S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Product Consultant to be the frontline liaison for clients using Xpressfeed, Snowflake, and AI products. You will resolve questions with SQL and Python, apply financial knowledge to data packages, and work with support, sales, and product management to deliver timely, high-quality responses.

You’ll join a professional team and gain exposure to equities, fixed income, and commodities while building deep client knowledge to guide product evolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional-level fluency in French, German, or Italian, in addition to English.
• Working knowledge of corporate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• SQL proficiency, including strong command of query syntax.
• Basic Python knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, team-first approach, and comfort in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries on our data feeds, Snowflake delivery, and AI products (Deterministic Retrieval and Adaptive Retrieval).
• Investigate and resolve data and technical questions using SQL, Python, and your knowledge of financial statements.
• Deliver timely, professional, high-quality support.
• Log and track client issues accurately in our CRM system.
• Document new solutions, known issues, and product updates to grow the team’s knowledge base.
• Partner with internal teams to route client concerns, enhancement requests, and sales leads.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and keep up with new product releases and enhancements.
