S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Product Consultant to be the primary contact for clients using data feeds, AI products, and Snowflake delivery. You will translate financial knowledge into technical solutions, resolve complex questions, and contribute to product evolution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent in English plus French or German or Italian.
• Working knowledge of corporate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• SQL proficiency with strong query syntax.
• Basic Python knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative, team-first approach.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client inquiries on data feeds, Snowflake delivery, and AI products (Deterministic Retrieval and Adaptive Retrieval).
• Investigate and resolve data and technical questions using SQL, Python, and financial statement knowledge.
• Deliver timely, professional, high-quality support.
• Log and track client issues accurately in CRM system.
• Document new solutions, known issues, and product updates to grow knowledge base.
• Partner with internal teams to route client concerns, enhancement requests, and sales leads.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and keep up with new product releases and enhancements.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
