Client Change Project Manager (12-Month Contract)

Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions seeks a Customer Project Manager to own client change management across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, Technical and Service teams to deliver changes into a busy BAU environment, maintaining strong relationships with major UK banks and fintechs.

The role emphasises customer focus, commercially aware decision making and excellent stakeholder management, within a 37.5-hour week in the UK. Travel within UK/Europe is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Technical and/or payment systems knowledge is beneficial.
• Smartcard, EMV or PKI knowledge is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel within the UK or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and develop relationships with IDEMIA accounts and change pipelines.
• Plan each delivery, manage tasks, people and resources from the initial request to handover.
• Coordinate change requests and align with internal processes and industry standards.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to IDEMIA products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Service teams to deliver changes into BAU.
