Job summary

GBST is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of product changes for EMEA clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate client and internal teams, and ensure successful project outcomes within scope and budget.

Key skills include infrastructure awareness, release management, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies. The role offers hybrid working in the UK with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, delivering large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of infrastructure or hosting services is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of release management and software development lifecycle.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to forecast budgets and manage resources effectively.
• Minimum 5 years managing complex software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned product changes for EMEA clients.
• Own delivery, reporting and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Chair and contribute to client and internal project meetings.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and SOWs/change requests.
• Manage risks, issues, budget tracking and progress reporting.
• Develop strong client relationships and drive opportunities for growth.
• Ensure quality management and timely invoicing and reporting.
